In concert with Finance and Sales teams creates and implements enhanced commission processing tools and strategic sales reporting. Also provides analytical support to management and sales leadership as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compiles and distributes daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.
Assists with monitoring and reporting sales related key performance indicators (KPI’s) including highlighting trends and analyzing variances.
Creates and maintains sales commission tool to calculate detailed commission pipeline and monthly payouts.
Manages overall sales commission process and individual commission plans ensuring rates, calculations and payouts are accurate and timely.
Tracks and manages entire data cycle of sales team including; training periods, draw schedules, position transitions, and sales performance outcomes.
Creates and distributes semi-monthly commission pipeline and liability reports to sales team and management.
Performs other related duties and analytical projects as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
2+ years of Sales Operations or Accounting experience required
Advanced Microsoft Excel and power query skills
Understanding of basic SQL query statements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Highly-driven and self-motivated
Strong organization and planning skills
Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and concepts
Bachelor’s Degree in business preferred
